Feedback from Our Trainees

"I am grateful every day for TGI teaching me how an international company operates. I have gained many useful skills during my apprenticeship and know how much I am ahead of others who went to university straight after leaving school. And until now, I haven’t spoken of what this amazing city of Hong Kong offers in terms of free time, day after day…" - Max

Wholesale & Foreign Trade Management Program 2021-2023

"I am very thankful to be able to do the apprenticeship at TGI. Parallel to school, I am learning at TGI how an international wholesale company works. I have gained many insights and they help me to improve my working knowledge day by day. Doing an apprenticeship in a city like Hong Kong was the best decision for me right after completing my Abitur in Germany." - Rosalie

Wholesale & Foreign Trade Management Program 2021-2023

"After I finished my Abitur I had to decide if I wanted to go to university right away or do an apprenticeship. I applied to this Trainee Program as I wanted to get some hands-on working experience while learning a new culture in a city I have always wanted to visit. As a digitalisation trainee, I get to study different processes, learn how to collect user needs and translate them into system requirements. Every day I get new challenges and the opportunity to learn something new." - Linus

Digitalisation Management Program 2022-2024

"At TGI I have learnt how to operate in a company and what it’s like to work in Hongkong far away from Germany. During the apprenticeship I get an understanding of different departments and the international working atmosphere. Hong Kong is a great city as it is very multifaceted and offers a great variety of leisure activities. I would recommend the program to any student looking for a fun and insightful working experience in Asia." - Julie
